Today is all about low-carb bread. This is my vegetarian take off on a Keto or low carb bread.
I know you're saying I've tried all that garbage before it tastes gross 🤢how could you possibly eat it ??? but guess what this is pretty good. No it's not bread not traditional bread, it doesn't have yeast or wheat flour but guess what guys it's a healthy little bead.😀 And for any of you out there watching your carbs this is a great alternative and just like everything else you can get a custom to it. And instead of having to go without any bread which most of us have problems with go ahead and try this I guarantee you you'll like it. 👍🙃
Now with all of that said and done , let's get on to the good part.
And by the way this bread can be tweaked in a multitude of ways just pretend that the basic recipe is like a canvas what you apply to it it's up to you. You can make it sweet or savory come on guys think out of the box get creative you know what you like. 😋

3Tbs. Almond meal / almond flour
1Tbs. Coconut flour
1 egg do not substitute this for anything else
2Tbs. Almond milk or any milk alternative of choice.... 😍Or to give it a little bit more of a decadent flare , you can use a vegetarian creamer like a coconut creamer almond creamer for your coffee 👍
1/2 tsp. Baking powder aluminum-free please 😀
1 TBS. Of vegetarian butter of choice or coconut oil
A pinch of sea salt I use pink Himalayan but feel free to use sea salt of choice

Preparation:🤔
Now for all your folks out there that still use a microwave this is pretty easy. All you do is mix all the ingredients together lightly grease a big coffee mug put all the ingredients in it and put it in your microwave for 2 minutes yes I said 2 minutes 👍
Take a 🔪 and go around the edges inside the cup and flip your little bread over onto a cooling rack. Once your little bread is cool cut it in 1/2 and each 1/2 in 1/2 so you should have 4 1/4 pieces .
Now in a hot skillet put some coconut oil or vegetarian butter, place your little bread English muffins and lightly toast then to your desired color is achieved.
That's it 😁 there's a little english muffins made in the microwave. Now you don't have to toast them in a frying pan I just like mine like that way so in the pictures above you'll see some are toasted and some are not😀

And for my dear ones that don't use microwaves or don't have one don't sweat it , you can make this in the toaster oven or you can cook them in a conventional oven. 😘
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Place you're bread batter in an oven proof Ramekin you can use a 6 oz or 9 oz Ramekin I prefer the 9 oz 🤗
Lightly grease your Ramekin and place it in the center of your oven on a cookie sheet. Now we all know everybody's oven varies so the rule of thumb here is between 10 and 12 minutes now if your oven runs hot you might need a little less time or you may need a minute or two more just be careful after the 5-minute Mark start watching your little bread when a toothpick comes out clean and it's done 👍then you can judge the time from that point on when you make this breads again. And just like the recipe above, like the people that use the microwave you follow the same steps. Once your bread is cooled cut it in 1/2 and then each 1/2 in 1/2 leaving you with 4 1/4 pieces of bread.
Once again put some vegetarian butter or coconut oil in a frying pan or skillet and lightly toast your bread until they are gold brown or to desired color.
That's it my dear ones perfect little English muffin type breads very low carb, low in calories . toast them or you eat them once they're cooked they make a great alternative . as you can see in the pictures that you can use them together or separately .
