❣️ 1st Corinthians 10:31 Nkjv ❣️

Good day brother and sisters ,
HAVE YOU THANKED JESUS FOR THIS DAY 🤔

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31, NKJV.

The apostle Paul writes: "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air; but I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection; lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway" (1 Corinthians 9:24-27).

There are many in the world who indulge pernicious habits. Appetite is the law that governs them; and because of their wrong habits, the moral sense is clouded and the power to discern sacred things is to a great extent destroyed. But it is necessary for Christians to be strictly temperate. They should place their standard high. Temperance in eating, drinking, and dressing is essential. Principle should rule instead of appetite or fancy. Those who eat too much, or whose food is of an objectionable quality, are easily led into dissipation, and into other "foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition" (1 Timothy 6:9). The "labourers together with God" should use every jot of their influence to encourage the spread of true temperance principles.

It means much to be true to God. He has claims upon all who are engaged in His service. He desires that mind and body be preserved in the best condition of health, every power and endowment under the divine control, and as vigorous as careful, strictly temperate habits can make them. We are under obligation to God to make an unreserved consecration of ourselves to Him, body and soul, with all the faculties appreciated as His entrusted gifts, to be employed in His service.

All our energies and capabilities are to be constantly strengthened and improved during this probationary period. Only those who appreciate these principles, and have been trained to care for their bodies intelligently and in the fear of God, should be chosen to take responsibilities in this work.... Every church needs a clear, sharp testimony, giving the trumpet a certain sound.❣️

A Sabbath Poem ❣️

HAPPY PREPARATION DAY
R U GETTING READY ???
🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁
A Poem For The Sabbath Day ❣️

The Seventh Day of every week,
Is God’s great Gift for us to seek.

The Sabbath is for us to rest,
When Friday’s sun sets in the west.

We keep Sabbath of every week.
We find God’s Best is very sweet.

He gave the Sabbath from the start.
He liked Creation, every part.

The Seventh Day – a Gift for us,
We gladly rest, and stop each fuss!

God set apart this Holy Day,
For us to learn to keep His Way.

The Sabbath is a sign for Him,
That all His kids are home, within.

We’re safe inside His garden, sweet.
The Sabbath Day, we love to keep.

The Fourth Command tells us what’s true.
Sabbath is like God’s weekly glue.

We learn His ways each Sabbath Day,
We cling to Him, and never stray.

The joy we find when we obey
Is greater than the world’s heyday.

The Sabbath is a Gift for man.
Enjoy this Rest from Father’s Hand.❣️

The Agencies of Evil 👿

The agencies of evil are combining their forces and consolidating..
WAKE UP NOW....
GOT JESUS ???
😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
The Agencies of Evil
This is in reference to the statement of how the agencies of evil are consolidating and combining their forces: what are the agencies of evil?

“And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:15-17

1)       Military – the causing

2)       Economic – can’t buy or sell

Religious – the Mark of the Beast

Verse 15 says he will cause them to worship the beast or kill them; this illustrates Military Power. Verse 16 talks about receiving the mark of the beast; this illustrates religious power. Verse 17 says if they don’t worship the beast they can’t buy or sell; this is economic power. But something we need to understand more fully is in Revelation 16 where it talks about these same three agencies of evil but it gives a different name: C

“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”
19 “And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.” Revelation 16:13, 14, 19. 13

Bible Prophecy lets us know that Babylon, the Great City, comes in three parts: The Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet. How are the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet equal to the military, economic and religious structures of the world? The Bible gives us the understanding in Revelation 13 that the United States is the muscle or the military force that’s going to be pushing this thing upon the world.

Military – the causing: United States—False Prophet
The economics, according to Daniel 11:43 come under the Dragon power.
Economic – can’t buy or sell:  United Nations—Dragon Power
The religious is coming from the Papacy.
Religious – the Mark of the Beast: Papacy—Beast power

These structures are coming together and consolidating; and we see this transpiring in Daniel 11:40-45. Here you have these different powers that are struggling for the supremacy of the world; one is moved through different stages and becomes the ultimate leader at the end. 😱

Lavina's Bodacious beef 🐮 " NOT " burgers 🍔

Lavina's Bodacious beef 🐮 " NOT " burgers 🍔
🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴

Makes 4 Bodacious burgers
🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔

* 1 1/2 cups oats of choice

2 cups of vegetarian or vegan beef flavored broth. Divided in 1/2

2 eggs or egg substitutes or the equivalent of 2 of vegan eggs
🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾🌾
1 tsp. Of each of the following spices or to taste:
Dried minced onions
Dried minced garlic
Parsley
Black pepper
Mrs. Dash herb or any non salt spices mix of choice
Red Hot Chili Pepper flakes
( optional )

3 drops or to taste Liquid Smoke
( optional )

Okay, here comes the fun part how to make your burgers 😀

In a saucepan put half of the broth and all of the spices of choice bring it to a low boil. At this point add your oats and combined all the liquid and spices with the oats, and let it cook on a simmer for about 5 minutes covered. When you're done set your oats aside to cool .when they reached room temperature mixing your eggs or egg substitute of choice.  form your patties, you should be able to get 4 nice quarter-pound patties.😜
Now you have 2 options you can fry your patties in coconut oil or oil of choice until thoroughly browned on either side and the center is firm to the touch, or you can place it in a 400-degree oven for about 10 minutes flip them over and cook them for another 10 minutes.
At this point you can either cool them down and then freeze them for up to 30 days you can refrigerate them for about 5 days. But if you're ready to have them for dinner or lunch take the other 1/2 of the broth and put it into a pot and get it boiling on a low boil, drop your patties into the broth, lower the temperature to a low simmer cover them and let them cook for about 20 minutes at that point you can either refry them Grill them or eat them just the way they are with gravy or as a burger the choices are endless. You can also take your prepared burgers once they've been cooled in the refrigerator overnight you can actually put them in a food processor with a couple of pulses you can make ground beef for your crumbles for tacos ,meat sauce ,Chile anything that you would use a vegan crumbler for.
And here's a really awesome option😍 with your Patty mix you can take that Patty next and place it into a small loaf pan and bake it like a meatloaf. Once it is baked you have several options, once again you can slice it with gravy ,you can have a cold sandwiches😝 my dear friends the only limitations are the ones you put on  yourself.
Have fun God bless and enjoy 💗

Lavina's Chia -Oat Bread 😘

Good day dear brother and sisters ;
hope and pray that you thanked the Lord for this day because without HIM they're would be no day  Amen .
Now with that said this is an awesome single serve little bread that you can use for a sandwich , you can toast it. Let your imagination run wild .
God bless and enjoy 😘

Chia seed and Oat dinner roll 🍞

4 tablespoons chia seed flour and oat flour mix
2  tablespoons melted butter
1 pinch or to taste pink Himalayan salt
2-3 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 rounded teaspoon baking powder
🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 mix all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Place the 2 tablespoons of butter in a small Ramekin or a coffee mug which is perfect. Now melted the butter in the coffee mug or Ramekin add your dry ingredients ,egg and water .mix thoroughly by hand. Once the mixture is Thoroughly mixed place it in the microwave with three minutes depending on your microwave you can check it after two minutes if a toothpick comes out clean then fine I cook mine for 3 minutes. I take it a little knife go around the cup or the Ramekin invert the dinner roll onto a cooling rack and let it cool for about 15 minutes at that point you can thinly slice it and get 4 small thin slices or you can cut it in half and have 2 big pieces🍞 yummy😘.
🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Now if you do not have a microwave or you choose not to use one you can place the mixture in an ovenproof Ramekin or a greased muffin tin. Bake it at 350 degrees about 10 minutes , but check it at five minutes with your toothpick cuz once again ovens are different . Once your toothpick comes out clean take your bread out and let it cool on a rack again for 15 minutes slice it either into 4 small slices or into two larger pieces. This thread can be enjoyed with a multitude of toppings . or into sandwiches. It is 100% vegetarian 😀let your imagination run wild. By the way it also makes excellent toast. To make variations on this bread you can also add spices to it for example :garlic and parsley to make a garlic roll. vegetarian or regular cheddar cheese to make a cheese biscuit. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes . instead of butter you can use olive oil. Now the butter that is used can be vegetarian or vegan butter it can be organic butter you can use ghee coconut oil it just has to have some fat content in your bread to bake properly. You can also use 1/2 blend of oat flour and ground flaxseed flour if you choose, I like chia seed and flaxseed flour is fine. This bread can also be used with almond flour and or coconut flour awesome. This little bread is just a great alternative to white bread or your commercial made Breads in the store. So with that said happy baking God bless and enjoy.😍

The Spirit Must Illuminate The Word

The Spirit Must Illuminate the Word

We have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 1 Corinthians 2:12, NKJV.
God intends that, even in this life, truth shall be ever unfolding to His people. There is only one way in which this knowledge can be obtained. We can attain to an understanding of God's Word only through the illumination of that Spirit by which the Word was given. "The things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God"; "for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." And the Savior's promise to His followers was: "When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth.... For he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you."
God desires human beings to exercise their reasoning powers; and the study of the Bible will strengthen and elevate the mind as no other study can do. It is the best mental as well as spiritual exercise for the mind. Yet we are to beware of deifying reason, which is subject to the weakness and infirmity of humanity. If we would not have the Scriptures clouded to our understanding, so that the plainest truths shall not be comprehended, we must have the simplicity and faith of a little child, ready to learn, and beseeching the aid of the Holy Spirit. A sense of the power and wisdom of God, and of our inability to comprehend His greatness, should inspire us with humility, and we should open His Word, as we would enter His presence, with holy awe. When we come to the Bible, reason must acknowledge an authority superior to itself, and heart and intellect must bow to the great I AM.
We shall advance in true spiritual knowledge only as we realize our own littleness and our entire dependence upon God; but all who come to the Bible with a teachable and prayerful spirit, to study its utterances as the Word of God, will receive divine enlightenment. There are many things apparently difficult or obscure which God will make plain and simple to those who thus seek an understanding of them....
There are mines of truth yet to be discovered by the earnest seeker. Christ represented the truth as treasure hid in a field. It does not lie right upon the surface; we must dig for it. But our success in finding it does not depend so much on our intellectual ability as on our humility of heart and the faith which will lay hold upon divine aid. 💙

Homemade Oat Milk 🍶

Hello dear ones;
This week will be about alternative milks. This is my signature oat milk it's awesome inexpensive and tastes fantastic.
For this milk you can use oat groats, steel cut oats ,gluten free oats ,old fashioned oats ,rolled oats whatever your pocket can afford and whatever you feel is comfortable to obtain don't live beyond your means because I've made it with just plain old oats and it turns out👍 GREAT 👍😀
For the straining process you can use a sieve a fine mesh colander a nut milk bag an old pillow case ,cheesecloth and actually you can get a paint strainer bag probably for $1.50 from your local hardware store they work great that's it.👍😘 I usually just make a quarter at a time because that's all I need. but if you have a larger Family , double this recipe the milk stays great for up to 5 days if you see any settling or separation in your bottle or jug just shake it up it's absolutely normal and it's fine and you can use this milk in anything that requires milk. As matter fact if you take this milk a frozen banana or frozen strawberries makes an awesome milkshake yummy😛
God bless and enjoy😀

Should we be keeping the feast days?

Should we keep the Feast Days?
*1 Corinthians 5:7-8, "Purge  out therefore the old leaven, that ye  may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened.  For even Christ our passover is sacrificed  for us:  Therefore let us keep the  feast, not with old leaven,  neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with  the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth."

....Truth is, we no longer need to sacrifice a Passover  lamb according to this passage. This is actually common knowledge among most  Christians of today. The exact same principle therefore applies to  all the Jewish feasts as they are indeed fulfilled already, just as the sacrifice  of the Passover lamb was fulfilled.
As for those who feel they are convicted to keep  these feasts, I am not seeking to change your minds. At the same time, I feel  I stand justified in that I see no reason for you to seek to change mine. The facts will be presented for intelligent Bible decisions to be made on this issue. For  it is also written...
  • *Colossians 2:16-17, "Let  no man therefore judge you in meat, or  in drink, or in respect of an holyday,  or of the new moon, or of thesabbath  days:  Which are a  shadow of things to come; but the body  is of Christ."

...By the way.. the "sabbath days" mentioned  here are ceremonial feast days, and not the weekly Sabbath. See Leviticus  23:23-38 on this. Specifically verse 38 where it declares these "sabbath  days" are BESIDES the Sabbath of the Lord. Another easy to see reality  in this passage is. MANY like to claim that this passage is speaking of the  "Ten Commandments" because the "sabbath days" is mentioned.  But when looking at the ENTIRE verse, one realizes that it is impossible for  these "sabbath days" to be the same as the weekly Sabbath day. Why?  This passage is lumping both the "sabbath days" together along with  the "meat, drink, holy days, and new moons." Where in the Ten Commandments  does it speak of meat, drink, holy days, and new moons?
The Jewish feast days were a shadow of things  to come. They pointed forward in a prophetic manner as to what Christ would  do when He came to this Earth for us. I ask, why should we embrace or seek to  keep feast days that speak of things already done? My faith alone in the "Lamb  of God who taketh away the sins of the world" [John 1:29] already proclaims  that which the feast days looked forward to as fulfilled at Calvary.
In fact, some of the feast days required the  believer to offer sacrifice in the Jerusalem Temple did they not? How is that  possible today? How was that possible in fact since 70ad when the Jerusalem  Temple was completely destroyed by Rome?
Scriptures openly declare these feast days "nailed  to the cross" in the following passage...
  • *Colossians 2:14, "Blotting out the handwriting  of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out  of the way, nailing it to his cross;"

...These feast days / laws of Moses were ORDINANCES  penned on paper by Moses himself. Unlike the Law of God written in STONE by  His very finger. The ripping of the temple veil in Matthew 27:51  declares in mountainous tones that these feast days were indeed no longer needed.  The Temple itself was no longer the residence of the Shekinah glory of the Lord's  presence when that Temple veil ripped. Before the rip, no man could enter into  the Most Holy Place  but the High priest. Anyone else walking in there would most assuredly DIE. Now  however, any man can come before the Lord, for  the Temple is now YOU, the Christian!
  • *1 Corinthians 3:16, "Know ye not that ye  are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?"

...Want it prophetically BLUNT? Daniel the Prophet  declares the Feast Days as something that was to STOP the moment Christ  died on the cross...
  • *Daniel 9:27, "And he shall confirm the covenant  with many for one week: and in the midst of the weekhe  shall cause the sacrifice andthe oblation to cease,  and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until  the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."

...Prophecy itself confirms the feast days  CEASED at the time of the cross. In the "midst of the week" (3.5 yrs  after Jesus was baptised) the Temple veil RIPPED completely  in two. At the exact moment  the "Lamb of God which taketh away the sins of the world" spoke from  His very lips, "IT IS FINISHED"-John 19:30
...Picture this... You  are looking for your friend who is said to be behind your house working on your  car. You look outside and all you see is your friends shadow protruding from  behind the house. You can see your friend working on the car by watching the  shadow. So you wait patiently for him to finish. Suddenly your friend cry's  out that, it is finished. You then walk to the back of the house, and  follow the shadow to your friend that eventually leads directly to him. The  feast days are no different. They illustrated to the believers a glimpse of  that which Christ was to do in the future, and when He cried out, "it is  finished" on Calvary, IT WAS!
Think about this as well...
There were NO Jewish feast days BEFORE the Exodus  from Egyptian bondage.  And according to prophecy as well as Scripture speaking of the time of fulfillment,  they ended perfectly when Jesus "finished" what He came to do for  you and me, as well as all those that kept those feast days in faith BEFORE  Calvary.
Could there be prophetic reasoning for such  an end time movement?
Is it not being "prophesied" all over  the world by false prophets that a "third temple" must be rebuilt? Has  it not already been reported that the Roman Catholic church is performing  "animal sacrifices" on their altars in Africa? Are we to start offering  sacrifices again regardless of the fact that prophecy as well as the reality  of Calvary declares it is finished?  Does not the "keeping of  the feast days" denote a "possibility" that Christ has NOT yet  arrived, therefore we need to look for another? Will this be used by Antichrist to gather some of the flock into his  camp? That I believe is the main issue here. All I can see coming from keeping  the feast days is a faith that may eventually learn to embrace the "old  leaven" of the Pharisee's. All the world knows, they do indeed proclaim with  boldness that Messiah has not yet come. And all of Christendom can read for  themselves...
  • *1 Corinthians 5:7-8, "Purge  out therefore the old leaven, that ye  may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened.  For even Christ our passover is sacrificed  for us:  Therefore let us keep the  feast, not with old leaven,  neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with  the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth."

...One last thing before going further. For those that claim Christ Lord and still can't see the Feast Days abolished at His cross. Please look upon this passage with open eyes...
  • *Act 6:14 "For we have heard him say, that this Jesus  of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which  Moses delivered us."

...We need to understand that orthodox Jews to this day still observe the feast days because they refuse to accept the sacrifice of the Messiah Jesus Christ in their behalf. When we echo their observance of these abolished ordinances today, we  are doing the exact same thing as those Jews who are not moved by faith in Christ Jesus as Lord. In fact, some of the early Christians             continued on with the feast days as well. How did Paul respond to this?
  • *Galatians 4:9-11, "But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire                 again to be in bondage?  Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.                  I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain."

...One more thing needs to be realized  here as well. At present, we living during anti-typical day of atonement (since 1844 per Daniel 8, 2300 day prophecy) as we wait on that same Messiah Jesus Christ to return. While we wait, we must understand that this waiting time is not to be considered a time of celebration. Just as the Jews of old prepared 10 days before the day of atonement, we too must use this time to afflict  our souls so as to prepare to meet our God. During this time we             have been given a chance to purify our souls by the putting away of sin. Soon probation will end and that eupastern sky will split and we will be called Home. Or.. if we waste this precious time we have been given to get right with our God, we will be left behind dead. Those that celebrated on the day of atonement were cut off from the camp. The feasts are celebratory in nature until the feast of the day of atonement which is a solemn feast. We can not "celebrate" the feasts while we are living in the solemn day of atonement.
One more thing to realize about the anti-typical  day of antonement we presently find ourselves in. Many fail to realize this basic reality in fact. You simply cannot keep any feast days right now because we are in the antitypical day of atonement. Look in your Bibles and you will see that NEVER in the Word of God do we see anyone keeping two feast days simultaneously. That being the case. How can we keep the feast days while keeping  the day of atonement?
 Bottom line is this...
The Feast days pointed to His first coming. The Lord's Supper points to His second coming.
Literal Before The Cross. Spiritual After The Cross.

For the SDA brethren that have been  pulled into the feast day movement, what saith the prophet of the Lord to the last day church?

SOP says,

"In this ordinance, (The Last Supper) Christ discharged His disciples  from the cares and burdens of the ancient Jewish obligations in  rites and ceremonies. These no longer possessed  any virtue; for type  was meeting antitype in Himself, the authority and foundation of  all Jewish ordinances that pointed to Him as the great and only efficacious offering for the sins of the world. He gave this simple ordinance that it might be a special season when He Himself would always be present, to lead all participating in it to feel the pulse of their own conscience, to awaken them to an understanding of the lessons symbolized, to revive their memory, to convict of sin, and to receive their penitential  repentance. He would teach them that brother is not to exalt himself above brother, that the dangers of disunion and strife shall be seen and appreciated; for the health and holy activity of the soul  are involved.  {5BC 1139.5}
This ordinance does not speak so largely to man's intellectual capacity as to his heart. His moral and spiritual nature needs it. If His disciples had not needed this, it would not have been left for them  as Christ's last established ordinance in connection with, and including, the last supper. It was Christ's desire to leave to His disciples  an ordinance that would do for them the very thing they needed--that  would serve to disentangle them from the rites and ceremonies which  they had hitherto engaged in as essential, and which the reception of the gospel made no longer of any force. To  continue these rites would be an insult to Jehovah.  Eating of the body, and drinking of the blood, of Christ, not merely at the sacramental service, but daily partaking of the bread of life to satisfy the soul's hunger, would be in receiving His Word and doing His will" (RH June 14, 1898).  {5BC 1139.6

The Shaking Time

The Shaking Time

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Matt. 24:12.

Just as soon as the people of God are sealed in their foreheads—it is not any seal or mark that can be seen, but a settling into the truth, both intellectually and spiritually, so they cannot be moved—just as soon as God’s people are sealed and prepared for the shaking, it will come. Indeed, it has begun already; the judgments of God are now upon the land, to give us warning, that we may know what is coming.
The days are fast approaching when there will be great perplexity and confusion. Satan, clothed in angel robes, will deceive, if possible, the very elect. There will be gods many and lords many. Every wind of doctrine will be blowing. . . .
The mark of the beast will be urged upon us. Those who have step by step yielded to worldly demands and conformed to worldly customs will not find it a hard matter to yield to the powers that be, rather than subject themselves to derision, insult, threatened imprisonment, and death. The contest is between the commandments of God and the commandments of men. In this time the gold will be separated from the dross in the church. True godliness will be clearly distinguished from the appearance and tinsel of it. Many a star that we have admired for its brilliancy will then go out in darkness. Chaff like a cloud will be borne away on the wind, even from places where we see only floors of rich wheat. All who assume the ornaments of the sanctuary, but are not clothed with Christ’s righteousness, will appear in the shame of their own nakedness.
But there are men who will receive the truth, and these will take the places made vacant by those who become offended and leave the truth....
Men of true Christian principle will take their place, and will become faithful, trustworthy householders, to advocate the word of God in its true bearings, and in its simplicity. The Lord will work so that the disaffected ones will be separated from the true and loyal ones....The ranks will not be diminished. Those who are firm and true will close up the vacancies that are made by those who become offended and apostatize.
HOPE & PRAY YOU WERE BLESSED 💜

Teaching from house to house 💜

Teaching from House to House

I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house. Acts 20:20.

Among the members of our churches there should be more house-to-house labor in giving Bible readings and distributing literature. . . . As we sow beside all waters we shall realize that “he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”
Christ’s example must be followed by those who claim to be His children. Relieve the physical necessities of your fellow men, and their gratitude will break down the barriers and enable you to reach their hearts. . . . Women as well as men can engage in the work. . . . They can do in families a work that men cannot do, a work that reaches the inner life. They can come close to the hearts of those whom men cannot reach. Their work is needed. Discreet and humble women can do a good work in explaining the truth to the people in their homes. The word of God thus explained will do its leavening work, and . . whole families will be converted. . . .
In the home circle, at your neighbor’s fireside, at the bedside of the sick, in a quiet way you may read the Scriptures and speak a word for Jesus and the truth. Precious seed may thus be sown that will spring up and bring forth fruit. . . .
There is missionary work to be done in many unpromising places. The missionary spirit needs to take hold of our souls, inspiring us to reach classes for whom we had not planned to labor and in ways and places that we had no idea of working. The Lord has His plan for the sowing of the gospel seed. In sowing according to His will, we shall so multiply the seed that His word may reach thousands who have never heard the truth.
Thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand angels are waiting to co-operate with members of our churches in communicating the light that God has generously given, that a people may be prepared for the coming of Christ.
Our sisters, the youth, the middle-aged, and those of advanced years, may act a part in the closing work for this time; and in doing this as they have opportunity, they will obtain an experience of the highest value to themselves. In forgetfulness of self, they will grow in grace.
Hope and pray you are blessed 💜
